AP High Court: గ్రూప్-1 ప్రధాన పరీక్ష జవాబు పత్రాల మూల్యాంకనంలో అక్రమాలు, అవకతవకలు జరిగాయని ఏ ఆధారాలు, డాక్యుమెంట్లు ఆధారంగా ప్రత్యేక దర్యాప్తు బృందం (సిట్) నివేదికలు ఇచ్చిందో, ఆ ఆధారాలను, డాక్యుమెంట్లను అప్పీలుదారులకు ఇవ్వాలని హైకోర్టు సోమవారం రిజిస్ట్రార్ (జుడీషియల్)ను ఆదేశించింది. తదుపరి విచారణను ఈ నెల 24కి వాయిదా వేసింది. ఆ రోజున పూర్తిస్థాయిలో వాదనలు వింటామని తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ఈ మేరకు న్యాయమూర్తులు జస్టిస్ దొనడి రమేష్, జస్టిస్ అవధానం హరిహరనాథ శర్మ ధర్మాసనం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.
సిట్ ఏర్పాటుకు ఆదేశాలిచ్చిన ధర్మాసనం
గ్రూప్-1 ప్రధాన పరీక్ష జవాబు పత్రాల మాన్యువల్ మూల్యాకనంలో అక్రమాలు చోటు చేసుకున్నాయన్న కారణంతో పరీక్షను రద్దు చేసి, తాజాగా నిర్వహించాలని హైకోర్టు సింగిల్ జడ్జి 2024 మార్చి 13న ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. ఈ తీర్పును సవాలు చేస్తూ అటు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ, ఇటు ఇప్పటికే ఉద్యోగాలు పొందిన వారు, పొందని వారు ధర్మాసనం ముందు వేర్వేరుగా అప్పీళ్లు దాఖలు చేశారు. వీటిపై విచారణ జరిపిన ధర్మాసనం, నిజా నిజాలను తేల్చేందుకు సీఐడీ డీజీ నేతృత్వంలో ప్రత్యేక దర్యాప్తు బృందం (సిట్)ను ఏర్పాటు చేసింది. ధర్మాసనం ఆదేశాల మేరకు సిట్ విచారణ జరిపింది. విచారణకు సంబంధించిన ప్రాథమిక, తుది నివేదికలను ఇటీవల ధర్మాసనం ముందుంచిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.

సోమవారం ఈ అప్పీళ్లపై జస్టిస్ రమేష్ ధర్మాసనం మరోసారి విచారణ జరిపింది. గ్రూప్-1 పరీక్షలో ఉద్యోగాలు సాధించి, సింగిల్ జడ్జి తీర్పులపై అప్పీళ్లు దాఖలు చేసిన కొందరు అప్పీలుదారుల తరఫున సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది సీవీ మోహన్రెడ్డి వాదనలు వినిపించారు. సిట్ దాఖలు చేసిన ప్రాథమిక, తుది నివేదికల మధ్య చాలా తేడాలున్నాయన్నారు. సిట్ వేటి ఆధారంగా అయితే నివేదికలను సమర్పించిందో ఆ ఆధారాలను, డాక్యుమెంట్లను తమకు అందచేసేలా రిజిస్ట్రీని ఆదేశించాలని కోరారు. వాటిని పరిశీలించడం వల్ల సమర్ధవంతమైన వాదనలు వినిపించేందుకు ఆస్కారం ఉంటుందన్నారు. దీంతో ధర్మాసనం, ఆ ఆధారాలను, డాక్యుమెంట్లను అప్పీలుదారులకు ఇవ్వాలని రిజిస్ట్రార్ జుడీషియల్ను ఆదేశించింది.
